UC Alternative spoke at both the SOAHR SHRM-Atlanta HR Conference and the Washington HR Summit over the last month. The presentations titled, “State Unemployment Costs: How HR leadership Can Drive Tax Savings & Organizational Oversight” were very well received with packed rooms for both events.
UCA discussed how they are fundamentally changing the way unemployment programs are managed – moving them from a process to an outcome oriented program. Setting objective, measurable financial goals that result in saving that are tens of thousands to millions of dollars, annually.
