UC Alternative, Inc. (UCA), founded in 2009, is an outsource provider of an outcomes-based unemployment cost reduction program. We partner with companies to significantly reduce their unemployment costs, by as much as 40% or more. Our company leaders are CPAs with over 25-years of experience in the unemployment cost and tax areas. They founded the company on the strong belief that unemployment costs can be effectively budgeted, forecasted and controlled.
